EULA - End User License Agreement

Terms of using Speed Install.

1. Speed Install is FREEWARE.

2. All copyrights to Speed Install are exclusively owned by Almeza Company.

3. Speed Install may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

4. Speed Install IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALMEZA COMPANY WILL NOT BELIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

5. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

6. Installing and using Speed Install signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

7. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Speed Install files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Almeza Company.

Terms of service.

Speed Install accounts and installers are good for one user/business/organization. Please don't share them more broadly.

Speed Install installs third-party software. By using Speed Install you certify that you have read and agree with the license agreements and restrictions of any software you install with Speed Install. Speed Install does not grant you any license to any third-party software available on Speed Install or elsewhere, nor does Speed Install guarantee the availability of any third-party software.

The software is warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the license agreement. Except as warranted in the license agreement, Almeza Company hereby disclaims all warrantiew and conditions with regard to the software, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

Elements of Almeza Company's websites are protected by trade dress and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image from Almeza Company's websites may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by Almeza Company.

Almeza Company makes no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics published on the Almeza websites for any purpose. All such documents and related graphics are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
